All of our Jewellery is created using Sterling Silver which is 92.5% Silver, this should not be confused with Pure Silver (you will find most fingerprint businesses use Pure Silver, this is much softer). Our items are manufactured using ethically-mined materials.

There are a few options for you to pick from to finish your keepsake imprints.

The first option is a natural finish, which will give a beautiful natural imprint in your silver.

The second option is to have your imprints antiqued, this will highlight the imprint to show the finer lines and is our most popular choice.

Delivery charges within the UK are a flat rate of £4.50. We normally use a 48 hour tracked and signed-for service with Royal Mail.

We will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 2 years from the original date of purchase of your silver jewellery.

As soon as we receive your order we aim to send out your Impression Kit within 48 hours, this may be slightly longer during busy periods. Please allow 7 working days for the delivery of your kit.

There is enough ink and paper within the capture kit to capture many prints. Email the prints to us, close-up and in-focus (we will use the best and clearest prints for your jewellery).

If for any reason we are unable to reach an acceptable clarity, please don’t worry, we will let you know and send you out another kit free of charge.

Fingerprints, hand & footprints are minaturised to fit perfectly with the shape and size of the item you have ordered.

For tiny babies you may wish to opt for an item of Hand or Foot print Jewellery, this will guarantee a strong and clear print.

No matter how large the original fingerprint, handprint, footprint, or pawprint is, it will be beautifully miniaturised to suit your chosen item of jewellery.

Yes, a name, date or short message can be written on the front or back of your Pendant, Charm or Keyring.

The size of your pendant will dictate the number of letters possible and also where the inscription can be made.

We aim to have your order ready within 3-4 weeks of receiving your impressions back, this may be slightly longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day and Fathers Day.  If you require your order for a specific date, please put this on your order form.

Gift vouchers are available. The voucher will be posted to the recipients address, they can then redeem the voucher by contacting us.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

We are unable to give refunds on Gift Vouchers.

All our Jewellery is quality checked and tested before sending out, please check your Jewellery upon receipt for faults, damage or name misspelling and contact us within 7 days. We only use the highest quality findings and fittings, for extra strength, and our Sterling Silver Cufflink Fittings are especially made to order and are strength tested before sending out.

We comply with the new GDPR legislation and we have a full and comprehensive privacy policy available upon request. In brief; any data collected and retained by Little Fingers n Toes is held securely and safely either manually or electronically. We store customer/service user contact details for a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years.
