Shipping policy

Delivery for all orders within the UK, with your personalised jewellery typically arrives within 3-4 weeks after we receive your prints.

• Flat-rate delivery costs are £4.50.
• Free collection is available from our studio in Warsash, Hampshire—by prior arrangement of date and time

In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay of a few days. If delays are longer than usual, we’ll notify you in advance.

Once your jewellery is ready, if delivery is selected, it will be shipped via a 48 hour tracked and signed service. You’ll receive a tracking number via email, along with a link to track your order.
