Finding Your Perfect Ring Size
Decide which finger you would like to wear your ring on.
You can either wait for your memorial ashes kit to arrive and use the ring sizer included, or follow the steps below.
Using a narrow strip of paper, wrap it around the base of your chosen finger.
Make sure the paper fits snugly to achieve the most accurate measurement.
Gently slide the paper over your knuckle to check that it passes over comfortably while still fitting well.
Mark where the paper overlaps, then measure the length to this point in centimeters.

Once your order is placed, we will send you an Ashes Capture Kit.
Your kit will include:

- A clearly labelled bag for the ashes
- A Freepost padded return envelope
As soon as we receive the ashes back, we’ll email you to confirm safe arrival. Your jewellery will then be lovingly made.

Do you have a guarantee?
Yes! For 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll firstly attempt to repair but if that isn't possible we will replace.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.

We will repair or re-make an item that is damaged or faulty, If in the unlikely event that we have made a mistake on your item, for example mis spelt a name, please inform us within 7 days of receipt and we will remake your item free of charge. We cannot accept returns on bespoke personalised orders.
All our Jewellery is quality checked and tested before sending out, please check your Jewellery upon receipt for faults, damage or name misspelling and contact us within 7 days. We only use the highest quality findings and fittings, for extra strength, and our Sterling Silver Cufflink Fittings are specially made to order and are strength tested before sending out.
Cancellation of your personalised order cannot be made if work has already begun on your item(s).

How do I take care of my jewellery?
All precious metals used by Little Fingers ’n’ Toes are sourced from a leading UK bullion supplier and are of the highest quality.
Like all fine jewellery, silver and gold pieces require a little care to keep them looking their best. Sterling silver, in particular, is naturally susceptible to tarnishing over time.
The rate at which tarnish appears can vary from person to person. Some individuals can wear silver for months with minimal dulling, while others may notice changes within days. This is influenced by factors such as exposure to moisture, sulphides, and individual body chemistry.
However, it is easy to keep your jewellery looking bright and shiny - you simply need to clean it regularly, so your jewellery is no different to your clothes or your car in this respect. The best approach is to wipe an anti-tarnish silver polish cloth over your jewellery after each wear. This will stop tarnish getting a grip. The following steps will help keep tarnish at bay and your jewellery beautifully shiny.
Take care when cleaning your memorial ashes jewellery. Clean resin pieces using mild soap, warm water, and a soft, lint-free cloth. Resin is durable but water-resistant rather than fully waterproof, so avoid soaking the jewellery. Gently remove oils and dirt, dry immediately, and keep away from acetone, harsh chemicals, perfume, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Removing Tarnish
If your silver jewellery becomes heavily tarnished and dull, there are some simple steps you can take to restore its shine.
- Clean the piece in warm soapy water. Use a cocktail stick or a soft baby toothbrush to gently clean within the print or engraving. Dry the piece with kitchen towel or tissue.
- Use a Heavy Tarnish Polish Pad to give the piece a good rub. Don’t be shy - give it some elbow grease. This should remove heavy tarnish like magic. Avoid rubbing the ashes resin area, focus on the silver.
- Finish by wiping gently with an Anti-Tarnish Polishing Cloth, to add luster and to help prevent against tarnish reoccurring. Prevention is better than cure - clean your jewellery after each wear with the ‘Anti-Tarnish Polishing Cloth’ to stop tarnish getting a grip, avoid polishing the ashes resin area.

Can you use prints of any size?
Absolutely. All prints are miniaturised, keeping all of their unique detail, meaning that no print is too big or too small for our process.
Do the prints have to have been taken on paper?
Ideally, we require an ink print taken on paper for the best
results. In some circumstances, we have been able to work with moulds of prints. Please contact us if this is your only option.
